Formula Naught is one of my favorite games I’ve made. It was made during my second year of university for my Console Development module coursework. We worked on the Playstation 2, building the game from the ground up using C++ and a simple 2D graphics framework. I took inspiration from Micro Machines and Wipeout; it was an extremely rewarding experience developing a game for the PlayStation 2, a console that I had essentially grown up with.
